Key roles and responsibilities
- Responsible of purchase or buy product that are essential for company’s operations
- Manage all vendors in all branches
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiable contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Review quality of purchased product, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, invoices, and cost reports
- Monito stock levels and place orders as needed
- Cordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Skills & Experience
- Max 30 years old, Bachelor degree from any fields
- Min 2 years experience as a purchasing officer, Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Good Knowlegde of vendor sourcing practice (researching, evaluating, and liaising with with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software/ database
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial report and conduct cost analysis
- Negotiation skills
